Alia Bhatt is turning 26 on March 15 and should you be surprised if we said that she is planning to celebrate her birthday with boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor? It is expected to be a private affair and while Ranbir will of course be part of it, filmmaker Karan Johar and director Ayan Mukerji are also supposed to attend Alia’s birthday party, a leading daily reports.
No other information about Alia’s birthday bash has been made available so far but we are quite sure that Ranbir, Karan and Ayan will leave no stone unturned to make it memorable for her. Ranbir and Alia, co-stars of their upcoming film Brahmastra, started dating last year. Ayan has directed Brahmastra while Karan has produced it under his banner Dharma Productions.

Rumours of Ranbir’s and Alia’s relationship surfaced in 2018 after both were spotted together quite often – at film screenings and events. In May last year, Ranbir confirmed his relationship with Alia while speaking to a leading magazine. Alia, in fact, also celebrated New Years with the Kapoors in New York and returned to Mumbai with Ranbir in the first week of January.

Earlier in March, several reports also stated that Ranbir and Alia are planning to buy a house together in New York. Moreover, their families will be meeting a priest in April to finalise their wedding date as per reports. Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor is expected to return to Mumbai soon after his treatment following which the meeting with the priest will reportedly be fixed.
Brahmastra, meanwhile, is scheduled to release in Christmas 2019.
