Now, after the major fiasco, Karan and Hardik surprised everyone with their jig at Akash Ambani's and Shloka Mehta's wedding baraat on March 9. Hardik, who is currently on a break from cricket owing to a back injury, attended the wedding with his brother Krunal Pandya and sister-in-law Pankhuri Sharma.

Hardik had fallen into troubled waters after his appearance on the sixth season of Karan's chat show Koffee With Karan. Hardik's and KL Rahul's comments received extreme criticism from viewers and in turn, the outrage was directed towards Karan for asking provocative questions. Karan later revealed that he felt responsible for the whole chapter. He said, "I feel very responsible because it was my show and my platform. I invited them as guests and so the ramifications and repercussions of the show are my responsibility. I have had so many sleepless nights, just wondering about how I can undo this damage. Who is going to listen to me? It has now gone into a zone that is beyond my control."
However, with the video, it can be said that the two have no bitter sentiments for each other.
