It’s Janhvi Kapoor’s birthday and to make her day special, Sara Ali Khan posted a warm greeting on her Instagram story. Sara’s post also features a throwback picture of herself with Janhvi as she wrote for the Dhadak actress, “Happiest birthday @janhvikapoor. Have an amazing day and a wonderful year ahead.” The picture features Sara, chic in a white dress while Janhvi glittered in a shimmer outfit.
Janhvi, filmmaker Boney Kapoor and veteran actress Sridevi’s first child, turned 22 today. Here’s Sara’s birthday wish for Janhvi:

Sara and Janhvi made their debut in 2018 – Dhadak was Janhvi’s first film and released in July while Sara appeared in Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in December. After Janhvi’s debut, comparisons between Sara and her ensued but both actors mentioned that they are great friends and expressed objection to continuous questions on competition with each other.
"I don't know why everyone is pitting us against each other. I guess people enjoy doing that. Competition is a bad thing if you make it sound that way," Janhvi had told a leading daily, asked about her contemporaries.

Workwise, Sara Ali Khan appeared in Ranveer Singh’s Simmba after her debut Kedarnath. She will soon begin work on Imtiaz Ali’s film opposite Kartik Aaryan.
