Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor along with Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji made their way to Kumbh Mela at Prayagraj today to launch the logo and name of the film with the help of 150 drones. Alia took to her Instagram stories to share a few videos while she, Ranbir and Ayan were on their way to the venue in their car. Alia was pumped up about the launch while Ranbir was his usual cool self, he even went ahead and pulled her leg in the videos too and went on to proclaim that the actress is in love with only herself.

In one such video, Alia asks everyone, “Do you have any idea why we are on our way to the Kumbh Mela?” To this, Ranbir hilariously replies, “To leave you there so that nobody can ever find you there,” he takes a jibe at her attributing to the old-age Hindi film plot where twin brothers usually get separated at Kumbh Mela. In another such video, Alia asks him what he was saying about her photography skills to which Ranbir said, “It sucks. The photographer has to be in love with the subject. I don't think you are in love with anything except yourself." Watch the videos below.

However, he goes on to smile after this harsh comment and Alia's immediate reaction is, “That's harsh.” She then asks Ayan what he has to say about Ranbir's mean comment, to which he replies, “You have given a hard one bro. I don't know what Ranbir is just sitting at the back and being mean. I, on the other hand, am excited."

Brahmastra’s launch event today at Prayagraj was a spectacular and never-seen-before event. Around 150 drones lit up the night sky to spell out the name and launch the logo of the much-awaited film. Brahmastra also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles.
