Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh shared screen space in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus Padmaavat last year that had Deepika Padukone as the main lead. However, Ranveer and Deepika stole the show in the film and that started the presumed cold war between the two male lead actors. However, laying all the rumours of their tiff aside, the two were captured in a viral video hugging each other warmly at an event.
In the video, Ranveer and Shahid who were present in Delhi to attend a wedding were seen calling a truce and hugging each other after sharing a few warm words. Looks like the two actors have buried their differences and are back on friendly terms with each other. Watch the viral video below.

The tiff between the actors became public when Shahid opened up about his screen time in the film Padmaavat on Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan. He also said that Ranveer’s character of Alauddin Khilji overshadowed everyone else in the film. However, Ranveer refuted all such speculations of a cold war between the two when he was asked about it. He had said that everything is good between the two lead actors and there is no bad blood between them.
