Recently, on their recent visit to Australia and New Zealand, the India cricket team captain and the Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi actress gave fancy cars and luxurious vehicles a miss and opted to travel by public transport. Can you actually believe that? Well, yes.
For the unversed, Virat and Anushka tied the knot in a private ceremony in Italy in 2017.
An eye witness from Australia revealed that they also travelled without security and threw zero starry tantrums. “Virat and Anushka took local cabs, traveled in public transports during their entire stay in Australia and New Zealand before they headed for their mini vacation. They were travelling in public cabs with no security, they didn’t want to take any swanky cars. They just wanted to be with themselves. Locals were pleasantly surprised to see them being so chilled. The couple simply wanted to explore the countries and meet new people and chill at the most local places and create memories for themselves. They were being absolutely normal and it was refreshing to see them like this."
