Kangana watched AndhaDhun, Stree and Badhaai Ho ‘back to back’; read her review of the films

Kangana Ranaut watched AndhaDhun, Stree and Badhaai Ho and loved the films and appreciated the stars for their performance in the respective films, she said during her interview with a leading website. AndhaDhun, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Tabu; Shraddha Kapoor’s and Rajkummar Rao’s Stree; and Badhaai Ho featuring Ayushmann, Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, released in 2018 and not only fared exceptionally at the box office but also received positive reviews.

"I saw three back to back because obviously they are so nice and I have been hearing so many things about it. So I saw AndhaDhun, Stree and Badhaai Ho. I was asked to watch these. Unfortunately I missed them in the theatres because I was directing, otherwise a good film, I don't miss in the theatres. I really love the theatrical experience, also like to take my family along and these films have been really family oriented,” Kangana told the website.

“But such great work, I mean Shraddha was so good in Stree. What a phenomenal year for Tabu and Ayushmann. Neenaji (Neena Gupta) is doing another film with me and she is playing my mom...so I let her know that she was amazing...And Gajjuji (Gajraj Rao), we have worked together in Rangoon...and suddenly when I go there and see him (Badhaai Ho) and I am like oh my God, I can't believe it. He's so good. I even called him and said you have done such a great job,” Kangana added.

Kangana Ranaut, meanwhile, is gearing up for the release of her new film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, scheduled to release on January 25.
