Rohit Shetty’s Simmba is raking in the moolah at the box office and is reaping accolades from everyone right from the audience to the Bollywood celebs. The film has already entered the coveted Rs 200 crore club and is still going strong at the box office. The film stars Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan in the lead. Several celebrities took to social media to wish Rohit and Ranveer for their masala entertainer.
The latest one to join the bandwagon and has buried the hatchet with Rohit is television czarina Ekta Kapoor. She took to her Twitter and congratulated him. Rohit and Ekta had a bitter fallout way back in 2013 when Rohit’s film’s Chennai Express and Ekta’s Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara! Were about to clash at the box office. However, the clash was averted as Ekta shifted her dates. Chennai Express was a blockbuster but Ekta’s film did not manage to do too well at the box office. However, looks like the filmmakers have now buried the hatchet and are back on friendly terms.
