Not Sara but Nora to star opposite Varun in Remo's 'Street Dancer' alongside Shraddha?

It was only last week when the news of Katrina Kaif stepping down from Remo D'Souza's upcoming dance film started doing the rounds. Remo had then confirmed the news saying that Kat had some major and genuine date issues post which speculation of Kaif's replacement began. Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor were the two shortlisted names who were said to star opposite Varun Dhawan in the film which is tentatively titled as Street Dancer.

Now as per a trade website that not Sara but Dilbar girl Nora to play the second lead alongside Varun in the film. Whether Sara was considered for Nora's role or Shraddha's role is something which still remains unanswered.

For the unversed, Street Dancer is the new tentative name for Kat-Varun ft. earlier announced dance film, ABCD3.

However, some media reports also stated that Katrina is miffed with Varun and the producers for not being accommodative of her predicament. Apparently, she told a few close friends that Varun had to agree to delay the film by only a month and she would have been able to take up the project but he seemed insistent on an end-January start which put her in a fix.

The tentatively titled Street Dancer will begin filming in Punjab from January 22 and later the makers will travel to London to finish the rest of the shoot. Interestingly, this trio of Varun, Remo, and Shraddha have in the past given a blockbuster together in ABCD 2 (2015) but with Nora's entry in the film, we are eagerly waiting to watch this trio dance their feet off. The film is said to be in 3D similar to ABCD 2 but this one is not a sequel, it is said to be a new stand-alone film.

The said film is produced by T-Series and the makers intend to release the film in the last quarter of 2019.
