Ajay Devgn and Indra Kumar to collaborate once again for The Big Bull? Here's what we know so far

After teaming up together fourteen years ago in Masti, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn and director-producer Indra Kumar have collaborated for their soon-to-be-released Total Dhamaal. And now we hear that the actor-director duo will work once again in a film, which will be loosely based on the life of infamous stockbroker Harshad Mehta. As per a report in a leading daily, the two will be co-producing the film, titled The Big Bull.

However, to everyone's dismay, Ajay will not be acting in the film but will only produce it. "In fact, the casting is underway. The team is looking for an established actor, who can pull off the role," the daily quoted a source as saying. Meanwhile, the film will reportedly be directed by Kookie Gulati, who has also written the story along with Arjun Dhawan.

For the unversed, Harshad Mehta was accused in the Securities Scam of 1992 and was convicted in four of the 27 criminal charges brought against him. Since he was touted to have started the bull run in the Indian stock market, he earned the nickname of the Big Bull and hence, the name of the upcoming film on him. He passed away at the age of 47 following a brief heart ailment

Despite his financial crimes, Harshad was known to alter the dynamics of the Indian stock market completely. So it would certainly be interesting to see his meteoric rise and equally sudden downfall on the silver screen.
