The fact that Ranveer Singh was floored after meeting Deepika Padukone for the first time is a well-known fact. But did you know that Ranveer had once ended up flirting with Deepika while he was in a relationship with someone else? Well, we aren’t saying this – Deepika did while speaking on a chat show hosted by a leading publication.
During her conversation, Deepika revealed that she met Ranveer at the Yash Raj Studios once and he effortlessly flirted with her irrespective of the fact that he was dating somebody else. "I was at Yash Raj and he was there and he was flirting like it’s nobody’s business and he was dating somebody else at this point and I was smiling to myself and told him, ‘You are flirting with me’,” Deepika said during the chat show.

Ranveer and Deepika reportedly started dating after working together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram Leela in 2013 and subsequently appeared together in Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat.
The couple married in a private ceremony in Italy in November and hosted two reception parties for their friends and family in Bengaluru and Mumbai.

Workwise, Ranveer is currently gearing up for the release of his new film Simmba, co-starring Sara Ali Khan. Directed by Rohit Shetty, Simmba will release on December 28. Deepika will appear next in Meghna Gulzar’s film on acid-attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal.
