Simmba: Ranveer and Rohit Shetty meet the brave men of Indian Navy ahead of the film’s release

After Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone got married in a fairytale wedding at Lake Como in Italy, we thought that the newlyweds will take time off to enjoy their honeymoon. However, a day after their Bollywood reception, Ranveer was busy with launching the trailer of his upcoming film Simmba which is directed by Rohit Shetty and also stars Sara Ali Khan in the lead role. Now, that the film is just a few days away from its release, the actor and director have kick-started the promotions of the film.

Today, Ranveer and Rohit posted pictures on social media from their meeting with the Indian Navy. Rohit shared the picture posing alongside the navy men and captioned it as, “Honoured!!!!!
INDIAN NAVY,” while Ranveer wrote, “IN.”

Ranveer has already started the promotions for the film and recently appeared on Sunil Grover’s new comedy show titled Kanpur wale Khuranas. He also appeared on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa with his co-star Sara where the two leading actors had a blast.

Ranveer with wife Deepika attended Isha Ambani’s and Anand Piramal’s pre-wedding festivities at Udaipur and had an awesome time dancing the night away with their friends, seniors and colleagues from the industry.
