Like everyone else, Katrina Kaif has been through her share of struggles as well. But one person who intuitively knows that she is in trouble is Salman Khan. In an interview with a leading daily, Katrina said that bizarre as it may seem, but even without speaking to each other for weeks, somehow, Salman always reaches out whenever she is going through something in life.

“Salman is a dear friend, and the best, seemingly bizarre thing, is that we may not speak for weeks, even months. But during this period, if something happens to upset me, he will suddenly show up. It's strange because at such times, I haven't confided in anyone for him to know yet he's there,” Katrina told the daily.

She referred to this as a strange coincidence-of-sorts as comforting - that even without sharing a word it just happens, which the actress found reassuring. Salman and Katrina co-starred in several films including Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya, Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai. In fact, Katrina will also appear next in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat opposite Salman. The film is scheduled for an Eid 2019 release.

Last seen in Thugs Of Hindostan, Katrina is currently gearing up for the release of Zero, co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma. Directed by Aanand L. Rai, Zero will hit screens on December 21.
