Sonam Kapoor has had a great year in 2018. She has achieved personal highs as well as professional success. Sonam had three releases this year in the form of PadMan, Veere Di Wedding and Sanju and have been well appreciated. She also got married to businessman Anand Ahuja in a lavish wedding.
She already has two films in the pipeline and is all set to be a part of Nikkhil Advani’s next directorial in which she will play a much different role than what she has played before. Sonam will essay the role of a cop in the film as reported by an entertainment portal. The film is reportedly going to go on floors soon and the makers are scouting for the male lead of the film.

Besides, Nikkhil’s film Sonam will also be seen in the film The Zoya Factor in which she is paired opposite Southern sensation Dulquer Salmaan. The film is the screen adaptation of Anuja Chauhan’s book of the same name and is being directed by Abhishek Sharma.

She will also be seen in Shelly Chopra Dhar’s Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga in which she will share screen space with father Anil Kapoor, Juhi Chawla and Rajkummar Rao.
