The much-awaited Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0’s trailer was finally unveiled today amid much fanfare and hoopla and we must say it was worth the wait. The film has been in the works for quite some time and as per reports the VFX went into making the film is to die for.
2.0 already had piqued audience’s interest with its posters and the look of Akshay but now after watching the trailer, we must say that this film will break all the records at the box office. The visual effects are awesome and now we understand why it took such a long time to helm the film.

2.0 is the sequel to the 2010 blockbuster Enthiran (Robot) that also starred Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead. Rajinikanth is reprising his role as Dr Vaseegaran and also Chitti in 2.0, while Akshay plays his nemesis, Richard. The film marks Akshay’s Tamil debut. 2.0 also feature Amy Jackson, Adil Hussain and Sudhanshu Pandey.
2.0 is directed by S Shankar and the music is composed by AR Rahman. 2.0 is produced by Lyca Productions and Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. Oscar Award winner Resul Pookutty has worked on the sound design for the film which took two years to create. The film is all set to thrill the audience on November 29.
