The trailer of Shah Rukh Khan’s new film Zero is all set to launch and we’ve acquired pictures from the venue in Mumbai as the cast and crew recreated Meerut to give attendees an exact feel of the film. Directed by Aanand L Rai, Zero is set in Meerut and casts SRK as a vertically-challenged man.
A cardboard cutout of a monument has been set up while the venue has been done up to provide the basic essence of a town. Balloon sellers are there as are vendors selling snacks and candy floss - a common scenario in the streets of Meerut. The entire set-up is full of life and colourful as well.
We also spotted a man, who was selling cool tees, mugs and headphones - basically, Bauua accessories - SRK's character in Zero is called Bauua.

But what we loved the most is the rickshaw, which was set up in flowers and colourful cut-outs.
There are paan stalls as well.
We can't wait for SRK and co-stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma to arrive. You must be excited as well.
Very few details have been made available about the plot of Zero by makers so far. Salman Khan will also appear in a cameo in the film, as revealed in the teaser in June.
Zero is scheduled to release on December 21.
