After flooring people with his recent horror-comedy Stree, Rajkummar Rao is now gearing up for the release of his next film 5 Weddings that has Nargis Fakhri in the lead. The film which is a romantic comedy-drama dropped another song from the film titled American Beauty. The song is set in the backdrop of Indian weddings and as Nargis in the film comes to India to cover a feature on weddings is seen participating in a few in the song. American Beauty is groovy and peppy with lyrics that are apt to the film's storyline.
The song American Beauty is sung by Mika Singh, Miss Pooja, Prakriti Kakkar and Kaur Sisters. The song is composed by Vibhas and penned by Abhendra Kumar Upadhyay. The song sees Rajkummar and Nargis having a gala time at the weddings and shaking a leg at the sangeet ceremonies as well. The song also shows them falling for each other.

The video of the song showcases Nargis attempting Indian ethnic attire and attending a wedding at a Gurudwara as well. We also get a glimpse of the eunuchs in the video which supposedly has an integral part in the story.
5 Weddings also stars Bo Derek, Candy Clark and Annelise Van der Pol. The film is directed by Namrata Singh Gujral and is set to release on October 26, 2018.
