Nain Na Jodeen is the new song from Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra starrer Badhaai Ho that beautifully portrays the sadness and melancholy of heartbreak. The song is sung by Ayushmann, Neha Kakkar and Rochak Kohli. Rochak has also composed the track.
After the happy, peppy wedding number Morni Banke that made all of us take to the dance floor, Nain Na Jodeen will appeal to everyone who has ever had a tiff with their lover and gone through a break-up. Ayushmann and Sanya beautifully portray the lovelorn, sad lovers who are unable to reconcile or move on with their lives. From erasing, “I miss you…” texts to taking a peek into social media handles the video of the song showcases the lead actors doing it all in the track.
The song highlights the rough patch that the couple goes through in the film. The song shows Delhi’s winters, small lanes, fog and a sad song that manages to stir the souls the tug at your heartstrings. Sanya’s and Ayushmann’s sadness is infectious and the audience feels their grief and weeps with every tear that they shed in the Nain Na Jodeen song.
