Superstar Rajinikanth and Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 is unarguably one of the most-anticipated films of 2018. The visually appealing teaser of the film was launched last month on September 13 and it certainly left the audience impressed. As if the teaser with flying cell phones, Rajinikanth's Chitti and Akshay's villain avatar wasn't enough, the makers have now released a BTS video that depicts the massive effort that has gone into the making of 2.0.

The video showcases how Rajinikanth's and Akshay's characters were brought to life with the use of more than 3000 technicians from across the world, including 1000 VFX artists. It also focuses on how Akshay's alien-esque crow-man look was created with the use of prosthetic. Apart from diving into the behind-the-scenes work of choreographer, cinematographer, and editor among others, the video explores details about the costumes and pre-visualisation shots of the lead actors.
