Twinkle Khanna’s new book Pyjamas are Forgiving has turned out to be a major success and to celebrate her feat, her husband Akshay Kumar threw a party for her on September 15 in Jaisalmer.
Akshay, who is currently filming Sajid Khan’s Housefull 4 in Rajasthan, took time out from work to celebrate Twinkle's big achievement with a private family party, reports a leading daily.

“Akshay ensured that all of Mrs Funnybones’s favourite dishes were on the menu”, a source from the film unit informed the leading daily.
Unaware about the surprise, Twinkle and daughter Nitara flew to Jaisalmer to meet Akshay. As the weekend approached, he organised a party at the Khaba Fort while around 75 peacocks were reportedly present at the spot as well. Twinkle and Nitara returned to Mumbai after the party while Akshay stayed back to complete the shoot.

Akshay and Twinkle are parents to two children - son Aarav apart from their daughter Nitara.
Housefull 4 featuring Kriti Sanon, Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, Pooja Hegde, Kriti Kharbanda and Chunky Panday including Akshay is scheduled to release on Diwali next year.
