Pataakha trailer: The Sanya – Radhika film seems rustic, grungy and truly impressive

The trailer of filmmaker Vishal Bharadwaj's next, titled Pataakha, is out. The film features Dangal fame Sanya Malhotra, and Radhika Madan in her debut Bollywood role, as two sisters who are no less than enemies.

The trailer opens with the two throwing some cuss words at each other talking about morality as you get to know how dearly connected these two sisters are. The story is set in rural India and has got a strong supporting cast with Sunil Grover, Vijay Raaz, Namit Das, and our very own the 'I like it' guy from Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain -- Saanand Verma.

Pataakha, as the name suggests, is a film about two women who are invincible, fearless and do not believe in any rule or regulation. They have no choice but to live with each other under one roof with their father. However, even when they try to avoid each other and get married, the fate brings them together. And there goes the apt tagline of the film -- Hum Rishte Chun Sakte Hain, Rishtedaar Nahi... [We can choose our relations but not the relatives].

Pataakha also looks like a breather from the other Bollywood films since it has got a little grungy, earthy and rustic fervour to it.

Produced by Kyta Productions, B4U Motion Pictures and Vishal Bhardwaj Films, the film is slated for release on September 28.

Watch out for this one!
