National award winner director Nitin Kakkar of Filmistaan fame is all geared up for his next film, Mitron. Starring Jackky Bhagnani in the lead, the film marks the debut of television actress Kritika Kamra, known for shows like Kitani Mohabbat Hai. The trailer of the much-anticipated film was released today and it will certainly take the audience on a hilarious roller coaster ride.

After tickling the funny bones of the audience with the first look showcasing the unique and crazy matrimonial ad, the trailer opens with the bark of an exasperated father trying to wake his son up from his deep slumber. Starring Jackky Bhagnani as the lazy, crazy and good for nothing Jai, the trailer further traces how he and his friends Raunaq and Deepu, try unique ways to make it big in the world, including making prank videos. His behaviour drives his father to get Jai married in order to bring some stability in his life.
The trailer eventually also depicts his journey from dreamers to achievers with the help of Kritika's character, whom he meets as his prospective wife. As the title suggests, the trailer has several references to the Modi government, with the makers and Jackky sharing the posts related to the film with the #AcheDin.
Set against the backdrop of Gujarati milieu, the trailer is a fun take on how love and friendship and it's a delight to watch Jackky enacting the role with finesse.
Also starring Pratik Gandhi, Shivam Parekh, and Neeraj Sood, Mitron promises to take the audience on a roller coaster ride of emotions. Produced by Abundantia Entertainment, the film is slated to release on September 14, 2018.
