Varun Dhawan grooves to hip-hop festival Vivid Shuffle's anthem

Varun Dhawan proved his dancing skills in Remo D’Souza’s dance film ABCD 2, and since then the actor has been promoting the hip-hop style n India. Now, we hear that Varun has put his celebrity clout behind the hip-hop festival Vivid Shuffle in his bid to encourage youngsters to take up the dance form. The October actor revisited the dance style as he shot for the festival anthem at a South Mumbai venue on Wednesday. The anthem is aptly titled Ready to Shuffle.

The dance was choreographed by Filipino choreographer Ruel Dausan Varindani. Despite being one of the best dancers in the Hindi film industry Varun said that it was not easy to impress the choreographer. The actor had to do extensive rehearsals in B-boying, freestyle, and locking and popping under Varindani’s watchful eyes before the choreographer let him face the camera. The track has been rendered by Raftaar. Talking about his experience of grooving to the track Dhawan said that Ruel wanted Raftaar and him to do a routine in one go and he really pushed them to get the best out.
