Race 3 reaches a new low, IMDb has the Salman Khan film in the list of 100 lowest rated movies

Salman Khan starrer Race 3 might have had a terrific Box Office start, but the film has eventually failed to impress the audience. Even die-hard Bhai fans have rejected this Remo D'Souza directorial and seems like the rest of the world has accepted its failure too. IMDb, the internet movie database that has information of movies across the world, has named Race 3 in the list of 100 lowest rated movies in the world.

This means the multi-starrer has joined the likes of Sajid Khan's Humshakals and Himmatwala, followed by Tees Maar Khan, Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag, Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 and Drona in the coveted list.

The movie opened thunderous at the Box Office when it released on June 15. This was not a surprise considering it was a big Eid release this year and featured Salman Khan. So much so was the frenzy that it went past Rs 100 crore mark at BO within three days of its release. However, as they say, the real fate of a movie is decided after the first Monday, Race 3 fell flat, garnering only Rs 50 crore in the next 10 days.

The movie, which also features Anil Kapor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah, Freddy Dariwala and Saqib Saleem in other pivotal roles, has so far minted Rs 150 cr at the Box Office. On the other hand, both Raazi and Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran, the movies released before Race 3, are still keeping a steady performance.

It should also be noted that due to the movie's failure, the Bhai fans got 'We don't want Dabangg 3' to trend on Twitter. The fans fear the makers might ruin the goodwill the Dabangg franchise has made in the hearts of the audience, much like how it happened with the popular Race franchise.
