Nothing like a house that’s counting the minutes to a wedding…! The three-storey Kapoor bungalow in Juhu has been decked out in beautiful lights, which mater Sunita Kapoor herself had overseen. She and nephew Arjun Kapoor have even been taking care of the media camped outside their doorstep. Photogs have been raving about how kind Mrs Kapoor has been to them, ensuring they are kept well-hydrated and nourished as they stick to their post.
The home itself is gleaming and full of all the chatter and banter that signifies wedding wows. Of course, it’s all a tad hectic and erratic but what’s D-day without some madness?!
We get a glimpse of it from a candid video at the Kapoor residence. There’s hunky Arjun Kapoor apparently talking to his cousin and bride to be Sonam Kapoor, with his sister Anshula in tow.
It looks like Arjun Kapoor, good and helpful lad that he is, has dropped in to check on the prep. Only he seems a bit perplexed. Standing at the door to the room which appears to be full of his female cousins, he is asked – presumably by cousin Rhea Kapoor - “What are you saying, Chaach?” Now Chaach, we assume is their nickname for Arjun, as Anil Kapoor had once revealed that in order to keep his youthful image intact, he also addresses his nephew Arjun as Chachu!

So getting back to our story, Chaach a.k.a. Arjun blurts out, “It’s like I am watching Veere Di Wedding live. The reality... Like aur kitne tareefan chahiye tainu? Sonu, you are not even listening, you not interested.”
Sonu, which is most likely what he calls Sonam, responds saying, “No, no... I am just figuring something out!”
Of course she isn’t listening. Which bride to be has time to listen when she is getting married in a few days’ time and there’s a million things to do?!
Thank god for the understanding types like Chaach/ cousin Arjun!
