Aerial silk yoga, knuckle push-ups and all that goes into creating Sushmita Sen’s hot bod

Sushmita Sen’s fitness transformation from fit to fittest is grabbing attention like it deserves to. The 42-year-old former beauty queen recently wrote, “Body shy? NAH Body proud. Tracking work in progress. Looking good is one thing… Feeling good is everything! Feel good and yes take a selfie when you do! I love you guys!”

Fact is, as people get older they start to push their bodies less, fearing they are not as strong as they used to be. However, in Sush’s case, age is not just a number, it is actually propelling her to push herself to greater limits. And the results are mind-boggling – a sensational sharp bod with razor-cut abs, to boot!

Looking at her latest pics it would be hard to believe that Sush had suffered a slip disc injury which had derailed her workout regimen. However, the fighter that she is, she refused to back down and slowly amped up her fitness quotient to reach the stunning levels she has today.

Her personal trainer reveals that Sen is completely disciplined and manages at least four sessions a week at her fully-equipped home gym. These two-hour sessions see her working on body weight training, flexibility, mobility, core-strengthening and more.

“A broken back doesn’t mean a broken spirit. All my life I have been told there are ‘things’ I can’t do or shouldn’t do, but somehow ‘do’ is all I could hear!” Sushmita had revealed in an Instagram post. Today she proves it, as she indulges in suspension training, including aerial silk yoga, callisthenics, knuckle push-ups, combination martial arts, and strength training.
A healthy diet that includes carbs, fats and proteins with loads of hydration and is it any wonder she looks the diva she is!
