Whoopsie, Sylvester Stallone shared Bobby’s pic and called him Salman

The bromance between tough guys Syvester Stallone and Salman Khan continues…
Salman had shared a video from Sylvester Stallone’s Creed 2 on Wednesday, writing alongside, “While I introduce the #race3 family this week, this is something all of you should know.”

Hollywood star Stallone was quick to return the compliment, promoting the latest poster of Salman’s Race 3. Problem is, Salman had been sharing posters of the upcoming Race 3 and the latest one happened to feature Bobby Deol solo. It was this one that Stallone chose to post on his Instagram account, writing, “The very best wishes to very talented film hero SALMAN KHAN For his next film RACE 3 !@beingsalmankhan.”
Naturally, this apparent mix-up has teed off snickers galore – Bobby Deol being mistaken for Salman is more than a tad funny after all!

For those living under a rock, the warmth between Salman and Sylvester ‘Rambo’ Stallone goes back some years now. They had raised speculation in 2015 of a possible collaboration, sharing copious mutual praise on social media. Salman had praised Stallone no end on Twitter, calling him ‘hero ka hero’ while asking his fans to follow the action king. Sly, on his part, thanked Khan for the praise and called him the ‘super talented Indian superstar’ on Twitter. What’s more, he had also expressed his wish to feature with Khan in an action film.

He wrote…“Would like to thank the super talented Indian superstar Salman Khan for the compliment he tweeted! We should do an ACTION FILM together!”

However, now Sly’s accidental gaffe has provided plenty of humour on social media. ‘Stick figure movie reviewer’ Sahil Rizwan quipped, “I love every single thing about this post! - Sylvester Stallone promoting a Bollywood movie - That movie being 'Race 3' - Sly calling Salman Khan "very talented film hero', & then uploading someone else's photo - That someone else being Bobby Deol!”

‘Freelance humorist’ Sagar @sagarcasm was even deadlier, commenting, “Sylvester Stallone thought Bobby Deol is Salman Khan. Why does this keep happening to Salman. Last time people mistook Salman for Salman's driver.”

In the social media world no gaffe goes unrewarded!
