Watch: Ranveer and Akshay take #PadManChallenge to the next level!

To the one who thinks Ranveer Singh and his crazy antics are a passé, need a gentle reminder: The 'Man of the Hour' is never out of his element. Riding high on the success of Padmaavat, Ranveer is basking in the glory of essaying the barbarous ruler Khilji. And for this, he partially owes thanks to Akshay Kumar, who happily pushed his film PadMan's release (from Jan 26 to Feb 9) and gave a clear pathway for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's infamous historical drama, which is ruling the box office currently.

Coming back to our very own Superhero, a.k.a 'Pad Man', Akshay's film today released and received a loud applause for its standout subject, which creates awareness about menstrual hygiene. And Ranveer baba, who happens to be Khiladi Kumar's long-standing fan, chose an equally exciting way to express his happiness. With the ongoing #PadManChallenge, where B-Town celebs are stepping ahead and posing with pads on social media, showing their support, Ranveer managed to steal Akshay in between his film's screening (in the interval) and post his shoot, last night at a popular studio. Together the two shot for the most entertaining on spot challenge video, breaking into a rhythmic dance and accomplishing the task like a pro.

This is not the first time Ranveer, in his complete fanboy avatar, has stepped ahead to promote Akki's films. Be it Ranveer's suspense-retroish video for Rustom or his and Akshay's toilet drama ahead of Toilet: Ek Prem Katha release, say it all.

Looking at these (micro) videos, we think its high time these two hunks should collaborate on a film soon. An adrenaline pumping, complete Bollywood drama will be an apt pick!
