Preity Zinta sparks off pregnancy rumours after her loose dress and stole combo!

A loose printed dress, comfy flats, and an all-encompassing stole – this is the outfit that has the world wondering if Preity Zinta is hiding her preggie news! The lovely Ms Zinta was spotted stepping out of a Mumbai restaurant on Thursday, triggering off a storm of speculation.

And this isn’t the first time she has had to contend with pregnancy rumours. Last February, the internet had gone into baby speculation mode, a year after the dimpled actress had walked down the aisle with American beau Gene Goodenough, on February 29, 2016. The couple had kept their wedding extremely low-key, inviting only family and good friends to be part of the festivities in Los Angeles.

Again, it had been Preity’s choice of clothing that had sparked off pregnancy rumours. She had been appearing in public in simple and comfortable attire – a loosely fitted dress for her birthday, and a concealing dupatta as she was snapped at Mumbai airport. The ‘good news’ never materialized and now ironically, a year later, the rumours emerge, before the couple’s second wedding anniversary!

So, just another case of a ‘loose dress’-driven mistake or will the stork actually be visiting the Goodenoughs? Guess we will know soon enough.

Last November the actress had taken off with Gene and his family, and her mother on a holiday to South Africa. From amazing jungle safaris, to bumping into three cheetahs during a walk, and also scaling the Lion’s Head mountains around the beautiful city of Cape Town, P Zee had shared all her vacay joys with her followers on social media. Hopefully, she will as sincere sharing her ‘good news’ as well, if any!

It has been several years since we last saw the bubbly actress on screen – her last film was Ishkq in Paris which released in 2013. Last February, when she was a showstopper at the Lakme Fashion Week, she had revealed that she was ready to quit Bollywood for good, but her husband thought differently and “pushed me back into doing a movie (Bhaiyyaji Superhitt).”
