Iulia Vantur, the gorgeous Romanian TV actor, presenter and model who sensationally burst upon Bollywood as Salman Khan’s rumoured girlfriend last year, plans to spirit the actor away to foreign shores this year end. She made her presence felt when she first accompanied Salman to Preity Zinta’s wedding reception and was then spotted on the sets of Tubelight in Ladakh. Since then Iulia has come a long way with the superstar and his Khandaan and is an accepted member of the family at Galaxy Apartments and their Panvel farmhouse. But Salman has never admitted to being in a relationship with Iulia despite strong rumours that the couple would get married this year.
Now sources close to the Romanian beauty tell PeepingMoon.com that Iulia wants to spend New Year abroad with the actor. But, the hitch is that Salman won’t go. The actor not long ago finished a grueling shooting schedule forTiger Zinda Hai that took him and co-star Katrina Kaif around the world. The Yash Raj Films’ big ticket release is slated to hit the screens on December 22. And Salman has not yet begun promotions for Tiger Zinda Hai. On the top of which he has already begun shooting fulltime for Race 3, his co-production with Tips. So clearly Salman has no time to take any holidays abroad.

Besides which it is understood that Salman always brings in the New Year with his family and close friends at their Panvel farmhouse. The entire Christmas-New Year week is always spent there. But Salman’s decision is believed to have upset Iulia somewhat. She had reportedly been planning a grand getaway with him somewhere abroad. Her family, which has visited Mumbai and been Salman’s guests, was also supposed to join them on this foreign jaunt. And now that Salman has backed out, Iulia is said to be planning on making this holiday happen with her family only. She may fly down to Romania or join them elsewhere. Bollywood sources are surprised. They are wondering whether Iulia will miss Salman’s 51st birthday celebrations on December 27. And the after party for Tiger Zinda Hai which trade sources are saying will perhaps be the year’s biggest hit.
