Trouble for Raj Kundra doesn't seem to end. While he is currently in judicial custody in an alleged pornography racket, another fresh case has been registered against the businessman, who is the husband of actress Shilpa Shetty. According to sources, the case has been filed by an actress. She has named Raj, actress Gehana Vasisth and 2 other producers of the businessman's company in her complaint.
In her complaint, the actress alleged that Raj and Gehana lured her and threatened her to work with them. Reportedly, an FIR has been registered under IPC sections 392,393,420 and 34. IT Act 66 and 67 are also applied along with sections 3,4,6,7 of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986. The Malvani Police station has reportedly transferred the case to the Property Cell of the Mumbai Crime Branch.
In the month of February this year, Gehana aka Vandana Tiwari, who is best known for her role in the web show Gandii Baat, was arrested for allegedly shooting and uploading pornographic videos. She is currently out on bail.
Raj was arrested on July 19 along with Ryan Thorpe and many others. The Mumbai Police found the businessman to be the "key conspirator". The court, on Tuesday, extended his judicial custody by another 14 days. During the probe, the Mumbai Crime Branch seized his bank accounts.
