Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra was produced before the Esplanade Court on this afternoon. He was arrested by the Mumbai Police on Monday night for allegedly making pornographic films and publishing them through mobile applications. Apart from Raj, Ryan Tharp was arrested from Nerul this morning.
Esplanade Court pronounced that Raj and Ryan will remain in judicial custody till July 23. Sources state the Mumbai Police found Raj to be the "key conspirator" in the pornography case. After his arrest on Monday night, he was reportedly sent to JJ hospital by the Property Cell of Mumbai Police's Crime Branch.
PeepingMoon.com has exclusively learnt that Raj's wife, actress Shilpa, will be summoned by the Mumbai Police for interrogation. Shilpa is Raj's partner in all his businesses.
