Gundays Much? Did Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor ride stolen bikes in the movie?

Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor are already under the scanner with the AIB knockout case. The duo did not get interim relief over the FIR registered against them on this issue. However, it seems that these two have found themselves entangled in another police case.

Apparently a noted bike thief Asif Khan has revealed that film makers often utilise his skills in bike modifications for their action sequences.

Khan revealed that he modified stolen bikes that were used by Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor in their hit movie Gunday. However, there have been no evidences collected on this so far and the police are still investigating the matter.

Senior inspector Mahesh Desai from unit-9 of the crime branch said "During investigation, Khan claimed that he would get offers from the film industry, asking him to modify bikes for action films. But we are verifying his claims. He mentioned he made a specially-modified bike for the Ranveer Singh-Arjun Kapoor starrer, Gunday."

Arif along with his accomplices Sahil Ganja and Milind Sawant apparently erase the engine and chassis number of the stolen bikes and emboss the numbers of their customer’s old bike on it.

Gunday is a 2014 film written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra. The film featured Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Irrfan Khan in the lead roles. Set in 1971–1988 Calcutta, Gunday is a story about two best friends and outlaws, who fall in love with a cabaret dancer.

The film won the Best Action at the 60th Filmfare Awards.
