Dalljiet Kaur started a new chapter in her life by tying the knot a UK-based businessman, named Nikhil Patel, in March 2023. The actress and her son Jaydon moved with him to Kenya in Africa. Nikhil has a daughter. Recently, fans noticed that Dalljiet deleted pictures with Nikhil and the family from her Instagram and dropped the 'Patel' surname from her Instagram bio. This sparked rumours of separation.
Amid strong buzz, Dalljiet's spokesperson issued a statement on the actress' behalf and requested privacy as she is dealing with a personal crisis. The statement read, "I hereby state that Dalljiet and Jaydon (her son) are in India currently for Dalljiet’s dad's surgery followed by her Maa's surgery as well, which required them to be beside him. “In addition to this, I would only like to say that Dalljiet, at the moment, would not like to make any comments on anything because the kids are in the picture. Please respect her kids' privacy and please consider this as the only statement she would like to give out."
Dalljiet was previously married to actor Shalin Bhanot. They have a son named Jaydon who lives with his mother. Nikhil also has a child from his previous marriage. His daughter lives with him.
