Popular TV actress Vaishali Takkar is no more. She died by suicide. Her body was found hanging at her Indore residence in Madhya Pradesh along with a suicide note. The case has been registered at Tejaji Nagar Police Station and police are investigating the suicide case while the body has been sent for postmortem at MS Hospital. Vaishali was a popular TV actress who gained fame with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Sasural Simar Ka and Sanjog. Vaishali was only 30 years old.
During the preliminary investigation conducted by police, a love affair gone wrong is what the police have deduced. However, the police are investigating the case from all angles and leaving no stone unturned. Vaishali had gotten engaged to Dr Abhinandan Singh Hundal on April 28, 2021 but later had called off their June wedding. She had also removed her roka video from all her social media handles. The roka was attended only by Vaishali’s intimate family members. Reportedly, police has also registered a case against her mother and younger sister.
Talking about he fiance, Abhinandan, Vaishali had told an online portal, “The guy I am getting married to is Dr. Abhinandan Singh Hundal and resides in Kenya. He is a Dental surgeon and also won the title of Mr Uganda, a few years back. And the interesting part is we met through an Indian matrimonial site." She had also spoken about calling off the wedding to an online portal and blamed Covid-19 for it. She had said, “I postponed the wedding because of the current situation. I did not feel like celebrating in such a scenario when people are dying, suffering everyday. I don't feel like starting a new life this year. I have cancelled the wedding this year and I am not getting married this year. I postponed the wedding because of the current situation. Vaishali has acted in several hit shows on TV including Yeh Vaada Raha and had also worked in a few films.
