Before tying the knot with Ripci Bhatia in 2019, Sharad Malhotra was dating Divyanka Tripathi for quite some years. The Banoo Main Teri Dulhann co-stars were reportedly in a relationship for seven years and parted ways in 2013. Divyanka, in 2016, got married to Vivek Dahiya, her Yeh Hai Mohabbatein co-star.
Now, in a recent interview, Sharad spoke about Divyanka and heaped praise on her. He appreciated the way she conducts herself in public. "The way she conducts herself in public and the way she carries herself is great and she's very happy... I'm very happy to see that," Sharad told.
Sharad, on being asked about going on a dinner date with his wife Ripci along with Divyanka-Vivek, said, "Bilkul! Mujhe pata nahi woh kis san mein hoga, but definitely umeed hai ki kabhi ho yaar. I think bygones are bygones. We have all accepted life beautifully. We have moved on. Hum sabki shaadiyaan ho chuki hai, hum khush hai. It’s good to have a nice dinner once in a while. Jab bhi ho, agar kabhi ho to."
Divyanka is currently shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 in Cape Town. Sharad was last seen in Naagin 5 with Surbhi Chandna.
