Television couple Mahhi Vij and Jay Bhanushali have been dealing with several trolls who say that they do not seem to take care of their foster children. The actor couple, who have a biological daughter named Tara, are fostering their caretaker’s children Khushi and Rajveer since 2017 and have been sponsoring their education.
However, after receiving hate messages and being trolled online multiple times, now Mahhi has written an open letter to all those who have been questioning her about her foster kids. Sharing the note, Mahhi wrote, "#SpreadLove".
In the note, Mahhi mentioned the reason why Rajveer and Khushi are missing from their recent pictures and videos. Schooling trolls and haters who assumed the couple had 'abandoned their two foster kids, Mahhi revealed that they have been living in their hometown with their biological parents and they respect their decision. However, with frequent video calls and exchange of messages, Mahhi, Jay and Tara are still connected to Khushi and Rajveer.
The two, who had tied the knot in a hush-hush wedding in 2010, welcomed their first child, Tara after nine years in 2019. The two had earlier adopted their helper’s kids - Khushi and Rajveer.
