TRP Rating Week 46, 2020: Imlie and Yeh Hai Chahatein make surprise entries; Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 14 fails to impress

The week is about to end and BARC has issued the TRP list for the top 5 Indian television shows. Week 46 of 2020 didn't see any major change in the first three slots but the real game of numbers was to be seen in the fourth and fifth positions. Popular shows like Anupamaa, Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya continued their reign while shows like Imlie and Yeh Hai Chahatein made surprise entries.

Rupali Ganguly's and Sudhanshu Pandey's highly popular and much appreciated daily show Anupamaa led the TRP chart with 8008 impressions. Next in the line was Shraddha Arya's and Dheeraj Dhoopar's Kundali Bhagya. The show garnered 7135 impressions. Sriti Jha's and Shabir Ahluwalia's Kumkum Bhagya occupied the third position with 5867 impressions. Sumbul Touqeer's and Gashmeer Mahajani's Imlie kickstarted with a bang. In its premiere week, the show garnered 5594 impressions. Sargun Kaur Luthra's and Abrar Qazi's show Yeh Hai Chahatein secured the fifth position with 5040 impressions.

While these five shows managed to keep the audience engaged and glued to TV sets, popular programs like Bigg Boss 14, Kaun Banega Crorepati 12, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah failed to impress in week 46.
