Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, left for heavenly abode on June 14. The actor died of suicide at his Bandra residence. Since then, several actors from the industry have expressed their grief. Just like the actor's millions of fans, his close friend Rashami Desai is heartbroken. The actress, while talking to a leading daily, got emotional as she remembered Sushant.

"Sometimes, reality is an illusion which is created by the world. I was a very close friend of Sushant once, but then slowly we lost touch as he became busy with his work in Bollywood and I got busy with my shows. He was doing so good in life, we were really proud of him. He is not a subject for me to talk and discuss because the kind of love and respect I have for him, I would not like to discuss. This is a personal loss to me," said the actress.

Rashami while remembering Sushant got emotional and shared he was a wonderful human being, "People are now talking about him when he is gone. He was a very nice man and a wonderful actor. Industry has lost a great talent and soon people will realise it. Not every one is hero material, that good-looking, not every one is intelligent, but he had both. Par waqt ne daga de diya.. As a person I know he was very good. This is industry's loss (takes a pause)."

Talking about the later actor's work, him last film Dil Bechara is all set to release on Disneny+ Hotstar on July 24, 2020.
