I was too shy to be romantic and she left me: Akshay Kumar makes a revelation on being rejected by a girl on 'The Kapil Sharma Show'

It won't be wrong to say The Kapil Sharma Show is among the topmost bi-weekly shows aired on television, all thanks to the hilarious gags and interesting revelations by guests. With every passing week, the host of the show Kapil Sharma, along with his team, leaves no stone unturned to give their best and get us rolling on the floor laughing. Similarly, this weekend, The Kapil Sharma Show is all set to play host to the team of the upcoming comedy of errors Housefull 4 including Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, Chunky Panday, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda. Well, if Akshay and Kapil are in the house, how can there be a single dull moment? Proving this right, the Mission Mangal star, during the episode was seen disclosing some lesser-known facts about him which left the audience stunned.

During the episode, Kapil quizzed Bobby, Riteish, Akshay and Chunky regarding facing rejections from girls before getting married. In response to this, the Hera Pheri actor revealed that he was in a relationship with a girl, which went kaput, owing to his shy nature. He added that whenever he would take her out to eateries like Madras Cafe or any other Udipi restaurants, she expected him to hold her hand and indulge in PDA. However, he couldn't cater to this and she eventually left him. “She probably expected me to be a little more romantic in my approach like hold hands or put my arm around her, which I was too shy to do. And she left me,” Akshay told.

Akshay, further in the show, when asked about travelling in trains without ticket, narrated an incident when he along with his seven friends planned a trip to Matheran. For the train journey to Nerul, the group booked only one ticket for seven of them, as they didn't have enough money to buy independent tickets.

Speaking of Housefull 4, the film is a reincarnation drama that is set in two eras and cities that is 1419 in Sitamgarh and in London in 2019. The film is directed by Farhad and is scheduled to release on October 25, 2019. Akshay plays the role of Rajkumar Bala and Harry, Riteish is Bangdu Maharaj and Roy, Dharamputra and Max is played by Bobby, Kriti Sanon is Rajkumari Madhu and Kriti, Pooja plays Rajkumari Mala and Pooja while Kriti Kharbanda is Rajkumari Meena and Neha.
