Ekta Kapoor's popular show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 has been keeping its audience glued to their television sets with endless drama and emotional twists since the last one year. With the complicated love story of Prerna and Anurag aka Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan, the show has managed to climb up the TRP charts every passing week. Adding the extra oomph, Karan Singh Grover as Mr. Bajaj has surely accounted to some edge of the seat moments. However, with the exit of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2's popular character Komolika, fans of the show were certainly waiting for a bigger twist in the future and well, they are absolutely right. Komolika, earlier played by Hina Khan is all set to make a revengeful return to Basu Bari to shake up Anurag's-Prerna's life yet again.
As PeepingMoon.com had informed its readers that the lovely actress Aamna Sharif will replace Hina in the show, the makers, proving us right yet again, shared a new promo of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, featuring the Kahiin To Hoga actress as the new Komolika. In the promo, as Anurag-Prerna are about to reunite, we see glimpses of Komolika post a face surgery. Twirling her hair with her finger, it seems the lady is back, posing even more threat and danger to the lead actors. "Bihar ka bebaaakpan .... bengal ki adaaa say hi to KOMOLIKAAAA! Amna not so ‘sharif’ anymore as #komolika," Ekta wrote on Instagram while introducing Aamna as Komolika.
Earlier, several actresses including Krystle D'Souza, Sanaya Irani, Jasmin Bhasin were said to be roped in for the role before finalising on Aamna, who was last seen on the small screen with Hongey Judaa Na Hum and also featured in the film Ek Villain.
Speaking of Komolika, her character went missing after she fell off the cliff post a physical tiff with Anurag and Prerna. And now, she is back with an act of more dangerous revenge. Well, it remains interesting to see how Anurag's-Prerna's life changes with the return of Komolika.
