Actor Avinash Mukherjee, who rose to fame with serial Balika Vadhu is all set to return to television after a gap of four years. The actor will join the cast of recently launched show Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki wherein he will play the role of Arjun Mishra.
“The show is an adaptation of the blockbuster Marathi film, ‘Sairat’. I join the show at a juncture when the lead couple Suman (Pranali Rathod) and Badal (Kinshuk Vaidya) has eloped. Suman and my father have decided to get us married. It's a grey character and I will be shown as a possessive lover, just the way I am in real life,” Avinash Mishra said in a statement.
After playing the role of Jagya in Balika Vadhu from 2008 to 2010, Avinash featured in few more TV shows including Sanskaar - Dharohar Apnon Ki and Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar.
On personal front, Avinash is dating Saloni Luthra who is the winner of a beauty pageant.
