TV show KumKum Bhagya is all set to take a 20-year time leap and with that, the twins of Pragya (played by Sriti Jha) and Abhi (played by Shabbir Ahluwalia) will grow up. The makers have roped in Mugdha Chaphekar and Naina Singh to play the twins post the leap.
According to the new storyline, Abhi and Pragya will be separated again. Prachi (played by Mugdha) will be brought up by Pragya in a small town in Punjab while Rhea (played by Naina) will be a spoilt brat pampered by her rock star father.

Reportedly, the twins will bring Abhi and Pragya together again. Surprisingly, the viewers have been witnessing this union and separation track since the show was launched in 2014 and five years later too, the makers will focus on the same storyline.
The leap will also mark Vina Rana, Mishal Raheja and Leena Jumani’s exit, as the track will focus on Shabbir, Sriti and their daughters.

Coming back to the new entrants, Mugdha was last seen in serial Savitri Devi College & Hospital playing one of the pivotal roles; whereas Naina has been on Splitsvilla and a finalist of India’s Next Superstar.
