Diya Aur Baati Hum fame Anas Rashid recently became a father of a baby girl. The actor who has taken a sabbatical from his acting career to pursue his passion - farming - is currently residing in Malerkotla, Punjab.
Confirming the same to PeepingMoon, Anas Rashid said, “Yes, it’s a baby girl and guess what; she looks just like me (laughs). I am just waiting to take her and my wife, Heena back to our home as soon as possible. With God’s grace both of them are healthy and doing fine.”

Anas got married to Heena Iqbal on September 10, 2017 in Punjab. Yesterday, the actor took to his social media account to share the good news with his fans. He posted a picture of father and baby's hand and captioned it as, "Hi dear ones, We are blessed with a baby girl yesterday. Both mother and baby are in good health. Thank you all for your blessings and wishes."
