Talking about the show, Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin was an Indian-themed version of the Colombian drama, Yo soy Betty, la fea. The serial was dubbed and aired in Tamil as Sakthi Pola Yarum Illa (There is no one like Sakthi) on Polimer TV channel from December 2012 to 2014.
