Television actress Shweta Basu Prasad has tied the knot with beau and filmmaker Rohit Mittal on December 13. The actress looked gorgeous in the wedding picture she shared on her Instagram page.
The two got hitched in a private ceremony in Pune, following both Bengali as well as Marwari traditions. Clad in a beautiful peach saree, Shweta made for a gorgeous Bengali bride. The groom wore a black and cream sherwani. The two had been dating for a long time before they decided to settle down.

The 27-year-old actress is best known for playing a double role in 2002 film Makdee, for which she also won a National Award. Shweta shot to fame as a child actor in popular television show Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. She returned to the small screen in a big way by bagging the lead role in the TV show Chandra Nandini in 2016.
Her last Bollywood role was of Varun Dhawan’s sister-in-law in Badrinath Ki Dulhania.
