Farah Khan joins the cast of Sunil Grover's comedy show Kanpur Waale Khuranas

Ace comedian Sunil Grover, who was last seen in the Vishal Bharadwaj directorial Pataakha, is all set to make his television comeback with his upcoming comedy show, Kanpur Waale Khuranas. The recently released promo of the show, which will be aired on Star Plus, has been loved by the audience and promises to tickle our funny bones and how. Not to forget, it has an interesting cast of stars including Upasana Singh, Aparshakti Khurrana, Ali Agar, Adaa Khan, Sugandha Mishra, Jatinder Suri and Divyansh Dwivedi.

Now adding to the excitement, we now hear that director-choreographer Farah Khan has also joined the cast. Confirming the news, Farah confirmed the news, saying, "I’ve done a lot of shows with Preeti and Neeti (Simoes). They were the creative director of Comedy Nights with Kapil and I’ve been on that show many times. They are familiar with my comic timing and repartee and have been asking me to be a part of this show for a long time. We finalised it only recently."

Happily stating that she will get paid to laugh, Farah divulged details about her character on the show and said, I’m playing myself, my holiday home is opposite the Khuranas' and a lot of celebrities who drop by to visit me end up going to their house." Further adding that she will be seen in jeans and sneakers, Farah claimed that she doesn't have to follow a script and can say her own lines.

Well, that's interesting!

Meanwhile, Sunil's much-awaited collaboration with comedian Kapil Sharma looks like a far-fetched dream. However, Farah said that she is open to appearing on The Comedy Nights with Kapil as well and is looking forward to his comeback. It looks like she is all geared up to take us on a fun ride with her comic antics.
