Fire broke out on the sets of Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s Radha Krishn, fortunately no casualties

A massive fire broke on the sets of Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s magnum opus show, Radha Krishn, in Umergaon (Gujarat). Reportedly, due to a short circuit, a major fire spread on the sets.  The fire happened in the Vrindawan section of the sets.  Luckily, no one was injured!

Sharing his thought on the incident, Siddharth Kumar Tewary said human life is of utmost value for us! Everything is under control and all are safe! Thank you for all the concern pouring in! #RadhaKrishn #Swastik

Talking about the set, we hear that its one of the most expensive set in the Indian Television industry. These lavish sets have only been created indoors. Commenting on the same, Siddharth Kumar Tewary had said, "RadhaKrishn for me is a painting and a visual treat that we are presenting to our viewers worldwide.  When shooting outdoors, one cannot control the weather nor the sun, rays and light.  Hence we decided to create all our sets indoors so that we can maintain consistency and present the beauty of Radha and Krishna's world as well as their love story in the most visually pleasing and colorful depiction possible."

 

The show stars Sumedh Mudgalkar and newcomer Mallika Singh in the lead roles. The show also boasts to be the biggest love story seen on TV in India, which shows the romance between Radha and Krishna.
