Gurmeet Choudhary and Milind Soman refute rumours of participating in Bigg Boss 12

One of the nation's biggest controversial reality shows, Bigg Boss season 12 will premiere on September 16, 2018. Hosted by Salman Khan, the show will once again take the late-night slot of 10:30 pm on weekdays. Two promos of the show are already out, featuring Salman in two different avatars.

Ever since the word got out that the show will have jodis as participants this season, a lot of names started doing the rounds. From Milind Soman-Ankita Konwar and Dipika Kakar-Shoaib Ibrahim to Gurmeet Choudhary-Debina Bonnerjee, several reports suggested that these popular celeb couples will make their way to the glass walled house. But now in a recent development, both Gurmeet and Milind have refuted rumours of participating in the reality show.

Gurmeet took to social media to clear the air about his participation and said that though he is a huge Bigg Boss fan, he will not be seen on the show. He wrote, "In reply to the speculation of me participating in bigbos;; I hearby say that my film #Paltan is releasing then moving onto my next film project !!! I immensely enjoy watching big boss almost binge watch it. But unfortunately I am NOT doing #bigboss !! Eagerly waiting to watch."

The actor's Bollywood film Paltan is set to release on September 7. On the other hand, Milind too claimed that he had not even been approached for Bigg Boss 12. Talking about it, he told a leading daily, "It's all rubbish! We have not even been approached for the show. I think it's just a new marketing strategy where they just randomly spread people's names."

When asked whether he would want to be a part of the reality show, he added, "I like the concept of the show. It's been going on since 12 years and it's a great show. I wouldn't mind doing it but I just don't have the time. I wouldn't mind entering as a guest for a week but definitely not as a participant."

Well, we would have certainly liked to watch the two handsome men on the show.
