Salman Khan's Dus Ka Dum to go off air with Amitabh Bachchan's Kaun Banega Crorepati premiering

There's a lot of news for all the Television buffs, some good and some not so good news has made its way here. The TRP charts have given their word and we are all set to fasten our seatbelts for this ride. After a long time, Amitabh Bachchan will return to the small screen with his popular game show Kaun Banega Crorepati season 10. The teaser for this season is already a hit on the internet.

With KBC's latest season prepping to take over the small screen, Salman Khan's Dus Ka Dum will be taken down. This show marked Salman's return on the channel after nine long years. Even though it was promoted on a large scale and was seen as a game changer, the show has been a failure on the TRP charts and has not managed to impress its audiences. Dus Ka Dum's finale episode will make a starry exit with its special guest, Shah Rukh Khan.

With DKD's finale episode, it will complete its three-month stint on the channel. The first episode of Big B's reality game show will go on air on September 3, 2018. It will take up the same old prime time slot at 9 pm on Sony TV. KBC's last season managed to keep the audiences engaged, credits to its higher prize money and the new format.

KBC is an Indian television game show based on the British program Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? The veteran actor has been a part of the show for eight seasons. However, Bollywood's Badshah Shah Rukh Khan had taken over the hot seat for one season. On the other hand, Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in Thugs Of Hindostan along with Aamir Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Katrina Kaif. Salman, too, will be busy juggling between Bharat and other film projects along with hosting Bigg Boss 12.
